Step 1: Access the Spreadsheet
The spreadsheet is hosted on a external platform. Open the link, and you'll see a list of items organized by category. If you see 'View Only', you're in the right place – you shouldn't need edit access.
Step 2: Filter by Category
Use the category tabs at the top or the filter columns to narrow down what you're looking for. I always sort by score first to see the top-rated items in each category.
Step 3: Click the Item Link
Each row has a link to the item on the seller platform. Click it and it'll open in a new tab. If the link is dead, skip that item – a dead link means the listing is gone and the seller may not have the item anymore.
Step 4: Check QC Photos Before Paying
Always request QC photos before payment confirmation. Don't ship without seeing them. The spreadsheet score is based on typical QC but your specific batch might differ.
