Six months of using the kakobuy spreadsheet, dozens of orders, multiple QC batches. Here's my unfiltered review.
Month-by-Month Summary
| Month | Orders | Success Rate | Avg Score | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| November 2025 | 8 | 88% | 7.4/10 | First month, lots of trial and error |
| December 2025 | 12 | 92% | 7.9/10 | Figured out filtering, better results |
| January 2026 | 10 | 90% | 8.0/10 | Stuck to shoes and jackets mainly |
| February 2026 | 9 | 89% | 7.8/10 | Tried accessories, regretted it |
| March 2026 | 11 | 95% | 8.3/10 | Only ordered from verified categories |
| April 2026 | 7 | 100% | 8.5/10 | Sorted by score, used notes, zero bad orders |
What Changed My Results
The single biggest improvement was filtering by score and actually reading the notes column. When I started ignoring items under 7.5/10 and paying attention to the notes, my success rate went from 88% to 95%+. The information was always there – I just wasn't using it.
Is It Worth It?
Yes. Unambiguously yes. A maintained spreadsheet with real scores and working links saves you hours of research and protects you from bad sellers. The kakobuy spreadsheet is the best version of this I've found in 2026.
